For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled individually following the same 24-hour notice requirement. Rescheduling does not extend the overall package expiration date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund request process may result in suspension of access to any remaining services in a package.
